Job Description

Our AML Specialist Role:

You'll be responsible for managing a customer portfolio based in the EU (specifically Germany & Italy), completing their end to end CDD requirments.

  • You will be the first point of contact for our customers and their clients
  • You will have a caseload that you will care for
  • You’ll welcome and onboard all of your customers to First AML
  • You will complete the end to end CDD process ensuring compliance with the legislation
  • Explain process in easy terms to your customers and answer their queries
  • Care daily for your individual caseload, to ensure it progresses through the platform efficiently

Desired Skills and Experience

Your Experience:

  • Worked in customer service, retail, hospitality or financial services
  • Support customers across the EU - Ideally Germany or Italy.
  • Ideally have Anti Money Laundering or Compliance experience, but this isnt necessary
  • Your support allows you to form outstanding relationships with customers
  • Handling phone and email communication
  • Working in fast paced environment
